What is Trademark Objection?
You can apply for trademark registration at the trademark offices or registrar. After validating your trademark application there is a possibility that the registrar might raise objections against your trademark application. The reason could be anything like similarity with an existing brand with a registered trademark or if your trademark could somehow hurt religious sentiments, etc. These are some of the reasons for the objection, and if you receive an objection then you are supposed to respond within a month. You would receive a legal objection letter from the registrar or Trademarks office. Once you receive the objection letter and if you don't response within 30 days then the authority of trademark office has full right to dis-regard your application.
